just bought some of these tablets how do i take them all at once or what is they any thing els i should know about them thanks

hye there every 1 i need to knw urgently if i take all the tablets in the space of 24 hours or if its just 1 in 24 hours i have a test cming up in the next week so any replies would be sound thank you.

Do you take all the tablets at once or is it one per 24 hours and does it clear youre body long term until u ingest something else or does it only clear the body for a certain amount of time?
