Mike – it was marketed to me at my local headshop as a “smoke”. Legality issues make the packaging say incense. Just like salvia, one can produce more effects than the other

mate. try these ones – smoke 2 joosey or tribal warrior. A whole load of stuff got banned recently but these ones are proper good – seriously – you should try them if you’re looking for a decent high.
the pep stuff isn’t actually available any more.

We always thought PEP Spice had a few too many stems. For this reason we create Shangri-La which has a more powerful aroma.
