Of all the tools used in smoking herbal mixtures and tobacco, a bong is referred to as the best choice. This tool has many benefits and actually lets a smoker optimise smoking by containing it inside the bong’s chamber and not letting a single whiff escape the user’s throat.
A bong looks like a small version of the Hookah – a smoking instrument which originated in India having a wide neck, a hose, and a place where flavoured tobacco is placed. It is similar to a small bottle with an amount of water inside it. The users light up the smoking mixture and capture the smoke inside the bong before savouring its taste by inhaling.
Bongs come in two variations. The first one is the water bong, which is the most common bong. As the name suggests, a water bong contains water. Its purpose is to cool down the smoke that the burning smoking mixture creates. Cool smoke feels nicer and smoother when inhaled, but as well as that, it is said that water purifies the smoke from impurities, meaning, this choice of smoking instrument is better than any other.
The other type of bong is the ice bong. The chamber of an ice bong can accommodate up to five ice cubes. It is ideal for the ice to reach up to the middle-half of the bong’s neck. With this instrument, the smoke actually becomes chilly, giving your smoke inhalation some sort of twist.
With all the different smoking tools and their variations, it boils down to the fact that herbal smokers are continuously find ways to make their smoking experience better. With all the stated benefits of the bongs, no one will disagree that it’s the finest choice of instrument.
